Dear Avaaz community,
Our team gets a ton of email from our community each week stuffed with wonderful messages of inspiration, warmth and wisdom -- we call them "warm fuzzies". It's precious anytime you get inspiration from someone else, but particularly at this time of year they feel like amazing gifts.
So in the spirit of the season, let's give these lovely gifts of inspiration directly to each other! Our warm fuzzies could be anything - what inspires us, a quote we love, or just a warm message to the world. Read below to see a few of the fuzzies we've received in the last couple of days. Some are written to the Avaaz team, and we're really grateful, but Avaaz would be just a few people with computers if we weren't 6.5 million people of hope and principle spread across the world. So let's direct our fuzzys to whom they belong - each other!
This year we've taken tens of millions of actions together in over 50 campaigns. There's much more work to do, but let's take a moment to show gratitude to each other for being part of this amazing community of people who care.

I am not a pessimist. I know that we are in "maya" as the buddhists would say, but I also know that this is a dream we are dreaming together, and for each of us who choose consciously to dream a different dream, we have the impact of 100,000 people dreaming unconsciously.

I read your campaigning emails, and I believe again that humanity is essentially beautiful, proven by yourselves in your good fight, and also proven by how much everyone is working to retain or re-discover that beauty. The work you're doing is so incredibly important, and you couldn't have produced such an impact in any other way - a global online voice. It is a working, proactive, loving, redeeming force.

First of all, I wish you and your magically wonderful team of beautiful thinking humans at Avaaz to know that Avaaz has, for over 2 years now, provided me with hope in a world where relentless ego and greed of comparatively few destroy and control the lives of good ordinary people and mother earth herself.
I cannot find words to express the increasing depth of overpoweringly negative feelings I have for at least 30 years about wrongs in the world - feelings made infinitely worse by being powerless. Avaaz and all its supporters are helping me hugely - for me, this it pure magic - while dictatorship and destruction is everywhere to varying degrees, Avaaz gives voice to the powerless and suppressed under the big sick pyramid....I wish joy and glorious universal power of good to all of you and all Avaaz followers......
